i'm supposed to post this last week, but i'm only free now.
that should give you guys an idea of how busy i've been

anyways, like i said, i went prawn fishing with dearie last saturday.

SEE! prawn fishing.. hahaha i'm not the one fishing.. i'm taking photographs..
it's not a very big place though.. 1 prawn pond, 1 fish pond, 1 kids pond..


hmm i did try fishing for prawns though.. when dearie walked away and passed me the fishing rod, i caught a super big prawn!!! biggest catch of the day lehs~

see how big the prawn is.. hahaha
but i duno how to release the prawn from the hook.. so dearie had to do it.. haa


that's not all the photos i have la.. but the rest are just randomly taken when no prawns took the bait.. hahaha
in total we caught 16 prawns! all of which i brought home for my mom. she steamed all the prawns for the whole family.. which wasn't alot, but all of us were full from dinner and fruits le.. haa~
it's fun, really..

and yday we went to watch 'Alone'..
err not a fantastic show. story line was ok, but the ending was lame la.. but i like the twist in the story.
we agreed that 'Wishing Stairs' is still one of the best ;)

hmm stupid rain spoiled the mood for shopping today.

anyways, i called irene the other day and told her that my mom said i should ask her out for shopping instead. 'cause my mom gets tired from being dragged around by me and waiting for me to try my clothes. haa~

so we were chatting.
and i tell you.. best friends just defend each other.
but of course, she has her grounds to defend me.
we both (plus maybe a few others) seriously think that i look better.
but it just feels so nice when your best friend starts defending you and getting so heated up over an obviously untrue comment..
muahahahhaa

anyways, i went prawn fishing with dearie on sunday.
it's fun~!!!
yes, i mean, seriously fun.. provided the prawns are stupid enough to bite the bait.
i have picutres! but not now. i haven't uploaded them online anyway. so hang in there while i find some spare time to do all that k?
but seriously, it's fun. ;)

and yes girls. we need to do some shopping.
i'll check out novena square while i'm there this friday k? then i'll let you girls know if there's anything worth exploring..

i was listening to Class 95 this morning.. (yes we have a radio here. in fact, more than that. we have a hi-fi in the office!!!!)
ok anyways, the point is, i was listening to Class 95, and they announced today's date..
and i realised that today is a very special date.

today, i turn 21 yrs and 11 months!!!
muahahahaha
ok that was lame.
what i was trying to say is.. i turn 22 today next month~!
omg.. the realisation that i'm turning old finally sets in.. =/
and i don't like it!!! how?!

ok i'm really not supposed to be doing this.
i'm really supposed to get myself busy with work.
but you see, my whole office (which is really just two-third filled) are using their PC
and i have nothing much to surf (because there's alot of websites which are blocked)
so i'm here! hahaha

anyways, work is great. i'm beginning to love my workplace and all my colleagues already.
they're so friendly, nice, warm yada yada yada...
but i can't install msn =\
nevermind! i can always work around this issue. hahahaha

you know what it's like when your friends have already blogged about the same event and you just don't feel like repeating everything.
ya i'm feeling like that.. hahahaha
irene and xiang did great jobs in re-enacting the 'crime scene' on tues night, so i shall not go into too much details. read their entries ya..
psst.. xiang's carries much more truth, i think.. hahaha

anyways, i just went to watch harry potter. speak about off-peak hours. it's really quite empty.. that's why it's always nice to go out on weekdays.. no crowd. even famous restaurants where it's always long queue also has less people..

ok speaking of harry potter.. it's....a 2hr movie.
haha ok out of point.. but you see, harry potter movies had always been 3 hrs movies!! so i'm pretty surprised when it lasted only 2 hrs.. and it's not your usual Potter movie too..
it doesn't have a mystery which reveals at the end of the movie. it's sort of like a preview to the finale, so i was hoping the finale will be alot more exciting than this.
err yeps.. you got me.. i didn't think that this episode is very exciting.. so people, don't pin too much hopes on it ya~
but still.. it's nice.. just not your usual harry potter movie.. ;)

and last thing i want to update is..
i'm starting work on mon!!!! late notice, but it's still a call i'm happy to receive..
i'm finally starting work!!! no more turning mouldy at home..
hopefully things will start to pick up from here.. =)

why do people like to compare lehs?
compare the results, compare grades, compare the degree class..
then after graduating.. people will compare whether their friends found jobs, how much money are they earning...
then they compare the benefits of the job..

FOR WHAT?!!!!

it's not your grades, not your job, not your salary.
you ask for what?! not like it's gonna make any difference to your life right..
put yourself in their shoes.. if you're the one being asked.. how comfortable would you feel?
if you're asking about someone in the same line as you, then ok la.. that one i can understand..
but if you ask someone from a different major, different degree, different job, different organisation.. then i really don't see the point in asking..

sighs.. don't understand some people.. compare so much for what..

not that it feels very different, but it's just different enough..

not that i don't like to graduate.. but i really think that studying is alot better..
